招聘职位:

1.S&M/BD Director position in China

VisualOn is seeking a senior sales executive who can drive the continued growth and management of opportunities in mainland China as well as establish and grow a new business team.  This position will be responsible for managing relationships with existing clients, improving/building customer relationships and increasing revenue streams as well as building a new sales team. 

This role will be key in driving revenue goals through existing customers and obtaining new customers and will carry a sales quota.  The role will require a high degree of communication with all the existing accounts and internal organizations in order to execute complex projects to meet revenue targets. 

The role will also manage all commercial/technical aspects required by the existing accounts.  Hence the ability to establish positive working relationships will be required with finance, marketing, operations and sales on an internal and external basis. 

The Sales Director will be responsible for sales to existing accounts, account management and support, customer support coordination, and act as a liaison between existing accounts and VisualOn.  Additionally, this position will need to establish a new sales team, establish a lead generation process, presentation support, proposal support, new account coordination and be responsible for the general support of the new sales team.

2. Senior Software Engineer – DirectShow Filter: one
To develop Microsoft DirectShow filters for receiving, capturing, multiplexing, de-multiplexing, recording, transforming and rendering multimedia data, making sure they work efficiently with each other and fit well into the overall system architecture.

Requirements:
·MS/BS in EE/CS with 3+ years of multimedia software development experience
·Good understanding of Microsoft’ DirectShow architecture
·Familiar with software development using VC++ on PC and embedded platforms

3. Senior Software Engineer - Audio/Speech Codec: two
To develop, optimize and port various audio/speech codecs on different CPU platforms.

Requirements:
·MS/BS in EE/CS with 3+ years of audio/speech codec algorithm development and optimization experience
·Knowledge of audio/speech standards such as AMR-NB/AMR-WB/AMR-WB+, MP3,AAC/AAC+/eAAC+/BSAC AAC, WMA, MIDI, G.7xx, etc.
·Experience on codec optimization on embedded platforms
·Familiar with software development using VC++ on PC and embedded platforms

4. Senior Software Engineer - Video Codec: three
To develop, optimize and port various video codecs on different CPU platforms. 

Requirements:
·MS/BS in EE/CS with 3+ years of video codec algorithm development and optimization experience
·Good understanding of video standards such as H.264, H.263, MPEG-4, MPEG-2, VC-1, AVS, etc.
·Experience on codec optimization on embedded platforms
·Familiar with software development using VC++ on PC and embedded platforms

5. Senior Software Engineer – Streaming: two
To develop streaming player on mobile phones to support different standard-based streaming servers over cellular, Wi-Fi, WiMAX and broadcasting networks.

Requirements:
·MS/BS in EE/CS with 3+ years of multimedia software development experience
·Familiar with streaming protocols such as RTP, RTSP, SDP, etc. and the 3GPP and 3GPP2 ·protocols
·At least one year of mobile operating system working experience

6. Senior Software Engineer – Mobile Broadcasting TV: two
To develop mobile broadcasting TV application on portable devices supporting DVB-H, DVB-T, T-DMB and ISDB-T, MediaFLO, CMMB (STiMi), DMB-T, etc.

Requirements:
·MS/BS in EE/CS with 3+ years of multimedia software development experience
·Basic understanding of mobile broadcasting TV technologies
·Familiar with software development on IDEs such as Visual Studio
·At least one year of mobile operating system working experience

7. Software Engineer – Mobile Applications: five
To develop multimedia related applications on mobile phones running different “mobile operating systems” such as Symbian, Embedded Linux, J2ME, BREW, etc.

Requirements:
·MS/BS in EE/CS with 3+ years of multimedia software development experience
·Familiar with software development on IDEs such as Visual Studio
·Good understanding and working experience of “mobile operating systems”

8. Senior Software Engineer – GUI Developer: one
To design and implement robust and flexible multimedia application GUIs on portable devices.

Requirements:
·MS/BS in EE/CS with 3+ years of experience on development of GUI
·Familiar with software development on IDEs such as Visual Studio
·At least one year of mobile operating system working experience

9. QA Engineer – QA Testing: three
To rigorously test our products on different portable devices to ensure high quality releases. Responsibilities include developing QA procedures, test process, cases and scripts; finding, reporting and identifying bugs; conducting regression tests, etc.

Requirements:
·MS/BS in EE/CS with 3+ years of multimedia software working experience
·Familiar with QA methodology and test workflow
·Good understanding of multimedia software technologies

10. Application Engineer – Customer Support: three
To work closely with our development, QA and sales teams to provide quality support to our OEM/ODM/Design House customers. Responsibilities also include pre-sale customer visits, on-site customer support.

Requirements:
·At least one year experience on enterprise customer support
·Solid technical background for understanding customer needs and requirements
·Experience with multimedia software
·Good communication and people skill

11. Sales Representative – Sales: two
To promote and market our high-quality multimedia software applications in China

Requirements:
·At least three years of software sales experience
·Knowledge of the mobile multimedia market in China, familiar with its key players
·Basic understanding of multimedia software
·Good communication and people skill
